I have been a HCA for 4 years now, worked for clients privately in their homes, and am currently working in a seniors facility. I have experience with dementia, medication assistance, various lifts, wound care, bathing, feeding as well as diet restrictions (puree, thickened etc.). Great communication skills with home care RN's, and other members of healthcare team. Efficient when doing care and making sure resident is comfortable, I will go the extra mile for my clients.
