Elder Care in Toronto, Ontario

I currently hold a Bachelor of Arts from Guelph University, and I am graduating from Centennial College's Registered Practical Nursing Program this June. I will be writing my RPN licensing examination this summer, in the May - June window. While I study and prepare for my licensing exam I am hoping to find work as a nanny in Toronto. I am located on the east end, with the ability to travel throughout the city. I have a history of working with vulnerable sectors, and I have a valid police check completed on a yearly basis. I also have a valid CPR and First Aid Certificate, which I will be renewing this summer. In the past I have worked as a personal support worker for both children, and adults with physical and mental disabilities. As my program comes to a close, I have now completed three placements as a practical nursing student in both mental and physical health settings; my most recent of which was at CAMH for complex mental illness. On a personal level I am interested in the arts, and I enjoy spending much of my free time reading, or painting.I am highly adaptable to quickly changing situations, and I believe that I would make a promising addition to your family for the coming summer months.
