Elder Care wanted. I am looking to start a new career. I am 62 years young and have always had a passion for helping others. I was the primary caregiver for my mother for 3 years until her passing. I know her last years were her happiest. I am a compassionate, trustworthy, funny and honest individual and love to talk and listen. I approach each client as a friend or companion rather than just a job. I have worked in the financial industry all of my adult life. I decided to take the early retirement option and to do what makes my soul happy. I truly feel that this career is supposed to be the mission I have been called for. I can cook, do light housekeeping, laundry, shopping, errands, doctor appointments, personal care and animal care. I am very good with organizing paperwork, explaining bank and investment statements, dealing with insurance companies, medicare and a wiz on the computer and willing to teach. My fingerprints are on file w/FBI (former work related).
