Our 90 year old independent and lively Granny wants to stay on the family farm in her completely remodeled granny flat. She needs a roommate(s) male or female, for companionship, cooking and sharing meals, afternoon wine and chat... Home has 2 bedrooms available, all flat, one with a private entrance. These rooms share a new bath with an extra large shower. Granny lives in the master suite with her own private bath. Rooms can be furnished if needed. Granny is sight impaired and uses a walker so the home is completely level and allows for easy access. The living room and kitchen area is furnished and is a shared living space. There is a front porch for sitting and rocking away the afternoons with views of the vineyards and adjacent horse pastures. Laundry facilities available on ranch. Home is located on a private working ranch with gated entrance, in North Paso. Granny's family also resides on the property. This home has lots of area for gardening, walking... free range chickens roam the property. We also raise cattle and horses and are a working farm, organic farm.
