LaWanna Watkins is an angel from God, wrapped up in an engaging, vibrant personality. I have known LaWanna since April, 2019; she was a home health care aide for my Mom until my Mom's death in late August. I had not been pleased with a few of Mom's caregivers, and was thinking of leaving the agency from which they came until LaWanna came into our lives. The minute I met her, I knew that she was a tremendous gift to us. She was funny, bubbly, and very loving. She learned what music my Mom liked and then would play the music and sing along with it. She would breeze into the house in the morning with a cheerful "Good morning!" and I could see my mom light up. LaWanna is deeply caring, inspirational, and an amazing companion. She honors people for who they are. She always created a safe, positive environment and did so with maticulous care. She is very self-aware and compassionate. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The lucky people who have her in their lives will be very richly rewarded.
