Provide health care tasks, personal hygiene services, housekeeping tasks and other related support services essential to the consumers health Performs home management tasks including housekeeping laundry, shopping and errands Prepares and serves simple modified diets according to instruction -assist with feeding, bathing/bed baths, grooming, helping with exercise and therapy, -assists with toileting, -assists with transfers and ambulation including use of cane walker and wheelchair - assists with self directing consumers in applying nonprescription topical medications skin surface -if needed record vital signs, consumers weight, and specimens if needed Available to work anywhere in nyc I drive occasionally but I mostly rely on public transportation Will work days, evenings and/ or weekends also live in patients Hourly rate $23-28hr based on location and services.
