Centric Health - Community Advantage (CHCA) is a division of Centric Health, a diversified Canadian health care company. Since 1997 CHCA has provided rehabilitation services for adults and children, offering occupational therapy, physiotherapy, social work and dietitian services. Clients are seen in their own setting, which may include home, workplace or school. Services include mobility/wheelchair assessments, restoration of functional ability, nutritional consultation and counseling related to illness, loss and disability. Treatment interventions can include short-term interventions during an acute stage or longer-term management as needed.
