Thank you for reading my profile. At a young age I became a caregiver to my 4 siblings because my mom was sick. Honestly that's all I knew, was great at it and set my future goals to be in healthcare and to make a difference in people's lives. I have 19 years on top of that working in multiple healthcare settings. From clinics, hospitals and even management I enjoyed and received a lot of experience, but homecare always had my heart. I have experience with diabetes, wound care, medication set up, ostomies, ventilators, etc. to home safety, companionship, meal prep, cleaning and am willing to learn anything needed. My age group varied from newborns to geriatrics and I found happiness with meeting goals, maintaining quality and dignity of care and the special friendships developed along the way. I treat and see others as I would like to be and as I would expect my loved ones to be treated. I will respect the rules of a person's house as I see and know from experience. I am there to be a companion/caretaker and also find it very important to not overstep, but listen always first. I am not offended to be directed or to be shown how the individual likes certain things done best. As you read from my subtitle, someday I would like to have my own business.
