Michelle Knapp was a health care provider for my mother for a almost a full year. My mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Michelle was excellent at her job. She is compassionate, courteous, professional, caring, and very loving. She was punctual and if there were ever any scheduling conflicts, I was advised well ahead of them. Michelle provided the following care for my mother: bathing, cleaning her bathroom/bedroom, washing her laundry, cleaning all of her living area in the home (dusting, vacuuming, mopping), cooking, reading with her, keeping her company, and accompanying her on walks. She would also ensure that my mom took all of her required medications . I would absolutely recommend Michelle as a health care provider.
