Hi I am Patsy Ballard. I'm fifty eight years old and have been happily married for eight years. I'm originally from South Carolina and currently live in Ashdown Arkansas I have three children and seven grandchildren. I love spending time with my four legged child tequlia. I attended Columbia Junior college pursuing my Associate in sciene degree to prepare myself for medical billing when my dream was put on hold to take care of my father who had a major stroke that paralyzed his right side, loss of speech and amputation of both legs as a result of sugar diabetes. I made a promised to my dad he would never go to a home. I wasn't fully aware of how are if I could do this and raise three kids at the same time. I learned over the next seven years everything I know about care giving one day at a time and hands on. It was during this time I realized I found my passion and desire to help other family's be able to keep there loved one's home as long as possible. So for the past 25 years I've poured my heart and soul into loving my little clients I call my baby's. I prepare meals for them, light house keeping, bathing and laundry, Assisted with medication set up. Transporting them to and from doctors appointment with in a 20 mile radius and grocery shopping. Familiar with hoyer lifts and colostomy bags.I have great references from past and present clients..... this present time I'm not employed with a company. How ever a previous clients family that I worked for there mother in home health care for seven years had to eventually go to a nursing home. The family hired me as a private duty care taker. I know with all my years of experience I would be a valuable employee to your company and a blessing to your clients.I am currently available for full time availability negotiable.
