About Me: Hey my name is Jenna. I am seeking an caregiver position and I'm very flexible with my schedule. I am willing to work hourly shifts, live in, respite care. I have extensive experience with Memory care patients, those with behavioral issues, end of life care, medication administration (Certified in Delaware) I am currently living in Delmar, Delaware but can relocate to north DE, PA or MD if the opportunity was right. I have worked as a caregiver, certified med tech, head care giver in a long term care facility for memory care for 3 years. Prior to that I was a visiting home caregiver. I love to work with the elderly, I truly have a passion for care giving. If I can make someone smile or feel more comfortable it brightens my day. I enjoy sharing stories, crafting, cooking, listening to music, and taking walks with those I work with. I do my best to engage and be a companion when needed. If they rather sit quietly or alone I try to find something quiet and productive, usually cleaning or laundry. I enjoy what I do and like to keep busy, it makes time fly bye and I feel satisfied at the end of the day My availability is flexible. Services And Training: I am happy to help with personal care, dementia care, and support with intellectual disabilities, assist with ambulation, hand feeding or assisting, hoyer lifts, gait belts, lifting and transferring, incontinence care, and documenting each shift.
