I have 10 years of experience in Yoga posture alignment, theory, breath work and meditation. I also have 2 years of experience with personal care, hospice, and memory care. I am willing to travel. I'm in the process of completing a Master's degree in Movement based psychology and have extensive history in the healing arts fields and therapy modalities such as spiritual counseling, chakra energy balancing as well as essential oil therapy.
