Novi provided exceptional care for our mother who was in palliative care at home for ten months. Novi was extremely skilled in all areas of patient care, managing our mother's dementia, irritable bowel syndrome and breast cancer, all during the pandemic. She managing pain effectively, and provided dignity with bathing, feeding and grooming, even in the most difficult of days and nights. She was very sensitive to the family, prepared nourishing meals for both our mother and father and managed household chores efficiently. The nurses who came to the house on visits often commented on how fortunate we were to have her care for our mother. She is extremely experienced and capable, particularly in end of life care.
