I worked my way through college in Ontario, by working part/time for Molly Maid. I have a diploma in Educational Assistance/Special Needs I have been employed as a caregiver, teaching assistant, companion..... both in Ontario and B.C My last employment was being employed as a f/t caregiver for a gentleman with Dementia/Alzhiemers for over 3 yrs in Vancouver. My duties there consisted of :providing the best care and companionship i could : customizing his immediate needs by speaking with his main care provider :taking responsibility for the upkeep of the home(laundry, housework) : providing meals customized to his needs : providing for his grooming needs including cutting his hair at home as he did not want to go to a professional I now work P/T as a cook in senior residence :
