My name is AKUNNA CHIOMA ENWEREJI below are few of my areas of competence, • Initiate IV access, IV infusion, urinary catherization, NG tube insertion, wound dressing, colostomy care, sample collections etc. • Assessment of patients vital signs, and prioritize nursing care as required • Maintaining hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the healthcare procedures. • Providing emotional support to patients and relatives. • Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, examination tables etc. • Monitor and care for all pre and post operation patients • Care of high risk patients during labour. • Admission of patient in Labour & conduction of delivery • Care of patients with PPH (Post Partum Hemorrhage) • Ability to organize & priorities workload within hospital / Healthcare facility. • Reposition, Bath and dress bedridden patients I strongly believe that my experiences would be handy in rendering care with little or no supervision, and also it would be mutually beneficial patient and the organization.
