My passion to be a caring and trustworthy care giver led me to apply for Care Giver – (PSW) position which you had posted in Indeed jobs web site. I recently completed a Diploma in Practical Nursing at Centennial College and will be writing RPN exam in the near future. I have completed my clinical practice at North York General hospital and St.John’s rehab, Sunnybrook. The working experiences at those hospitals and 3 years of nursing experience in back home enhanced my skills, knowledge, and confidence to provide a competent, safe, compassionate and holistic nursing care in a culturally sensitive manner. I have gained many experiences in health assessment, assisting in ADLs, providing care for patients with cognitive disabilities such as dementia and depression, taking safety precautions, electronic and paper documentation. My personal values such as compassion, kindness, empathy, team work, and therapeutic communication along with the good standards of academic qualifications will present you an excellent asset to your institute.
