Tracy while under my employment was hard working and dedicated. She was able to create a good rapport with the rest of the staff and folded in to the staff pool effectively. She sought guidance when needed and was proactive in her duties. She was also able to create great relationships with the residents under her care as well. She was very engaged and very caring.

Tracy attended the HCA program from December 11 /17 - May 31/18. I had the pleasure of being her lab and theory instructor for 14 weeks. Tracy always attended on time, in full uniform with a very positive attitude. Tracy always showed a genuine compassion for helping people, she ensured she followed all safety guidelines, infection prevention and control practices and would ask questions if she was unsure about a skill she was demonstrating. Tracy has excellent communication skills,both verbal and written, she understands the importance of accurate documentation and prompt reporting to the supervisor.
