Samantha Hawi Jette is an outstanding PSW. I could not recommend her more highly. She took care of my 88 year old mother who had advanced dementia, for the five months before she died. Hawi provided outstanding personal and emotional care of my mother. She is clearly well trained and took additional courses in dementia while working with our family. Mother loved her as did my 93 year-old father who lived at the same residence. Hawi was always on time and always worked her full hours diligently. Hawi is gentle and has a nice sense of humour. She communicates very well and always let us know in good time if Mother needed anything, or if there were any issues of concern related to my mother's care. Hawi was very well regarded by the permanent staff at the residence where my parents lived, and integrated well into the residential support structure already in place. I highly recommend Samantha Hawi Jette.
