Hello, my name is Annika and I am interested in elder care. I have experience working as a residential care worker for an elderly lady with Dementia. As part of this position, I was entitled to the following duties:
- Ensured a safe and healthy environment with positive influence
- Assisted with activities of daily living
- Provided companionship and encouraged activities in and out of the home
I completed my degree at the University of Victoria. My degree was a Bachelor of Arts - Major in Recreation and Health Education Co-operative Education Program. I have Standard First Aid and CPR-C, Making Ethical Decisions Course, and a Class Four Drivers License.
