Retired Occupational Therapist with 20 years of experience. I just moved back to Tucson and left a 1.5 year private care assistant position with a 90 year old woman with dementia. I provided personal care, meds, meal preparation, cooking, laundry, light housekeeping and companionship. I also use music, dance, reminiscence and exercise to facilitate social emotional and purposeful engagement.
