Overview: Nice to meet you! My name is Joyce. I am seeking a senior caregiver job opportunity in Lynchburg, Virginia. My goal is to offer the best care possible to a senior caregiver. I will work part-time day hours or night hours. I went to college 18 months to become a certified medical assistant. Since I have been out of the field many years building my own business I let my certification run out. However after retiring I needed something to do and decided to work part-time caring for a lady with dementia. Although I never saw myself as a caregiver, I found it very rewarding and liked it very much. I worked two years caring for my client until her daughter moved her to California. I am now seeking for a part time position. I feel my services are worth at least $12 -$15 an hour. Services And Training: Phillips Business College, graduated with highest honors, worked at Physicians Treatment Center for 2 yrs. Then started my own business. I am happy to help with physical therapy, dressing, bathing, monitoring blood sugar levels, and meeting diabetic needs as far as meals. I also do light house work.
