I think that you have to be patient and have empathy, for aging is something we all have to go through. I have experience and great references from working with infants to the elderly. I am certified in Assisted Living Management, which means that I am capable of having a facility of up to 16 clients mandated by DADS. I provide medication management (Medication Aid Cert.), insulin sliding scales, special needs such as Autism Spectrum non-verbal clients, ADHD. I am also a Certified Dementia practitioner. Other diagnoses I’ve worked with are Liver Disease, COPD, Chronic Asthma, Cancer and Parkinson's disease. I can provide assistance in everyday living skills for seniors. I also provide household management; if needed, this service must be agreed upon and in writing with the client as well as a third party/such as P.O.A relative.
