I have recently completed the Practical Nursing Program at Centennial College My broad nursing education and skills assisted me to acquire excellent clinical practice where I applied during my clinical rotation in Toronto Hospitals. In addition, I have recently completed my solidification at Toronto Western Hospital 8B General Internal Medicine Unit, where I completed the 480 hours required by the College of Nurses in Ontario. Some of the nursing procedures that I provided with are administering and maintaining IV fluids, blood products, medications, wound dressing change, G tube feeding, suctioning, tracheostomy care, colostomy care and insertion and removal of male/female catheters. My clinical experience in acute medicine provided me excellent nursing knowledge, skills and strong assessment in acute medicine unit as well as implementation of the hospital policies and procedures.
