I am not just very much conversant with healthcare rules and regulations but practicing, executing and implementation of medical policies, providing medical laboratory services to United Nations – Ghana excellently. I am passionate about my work and so one of my strength is going extra mile for the vulnerable individuals and providing them with the best quality of life possible. I am able to juggle the constraints of increasingly stretched health sector, changing health needs and the alertness to my clients changing needs. With my patience and calmness, I am able to work with clients suffering from physical and psychological health. My openness and warmness help me build rapport with clients thereby developing better working relationships and long-term friendships. In addition to physical assistance, engagement and listening to clients is one of the my most valuable services I provide as healthcare worker. As a healthcare worker, I place myself in my client’s shoes, this helps me build a greater understanding for my client’s mindset and behavior, hence helping me provide the best support needed. I treat every day as a learning experience, this has improved my knowledge and skills as a healthcare worker. I have a total of 12 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology – Ghana and possess Certificates in Dementia Care, Adult, Child and Baby First Aid/CPR/AED, General Duty Assistant (Healthcare) and Diploma in Caregiving. These are just but a few reasons why I am motivated to apply for the position which I am convinced that I can manage very well.
