Hello,
Since receiving my RPN licence from The CNO last November, I have been working as an RPN on a casual basis, mostly at Long-Term Care facilities. Throughout my short nursing career thus far, I have developed and maintained the critical thinking skills essential to providing competent and dignified patient care, as well as the skills needed to perform thorough holistic assessments to help identify clients' needs. I am a very communicator, whether therapeutically with clients and families, or professionally with other members of the healthcare team.
