Nicole has worked with one of my members on my caseload for a long time and did a great job of providing quality care. She was a very reliable staff and regularly communicated with me about issues going on. She always went above and beyond her normal duties to assist my member if she was having increased difficulties. Nicole does a great job being supportive to members while also setting appropriate boundaries. I would highly recommend her for any homecare or elderly care position.
