Description of Skills: I have extensive experience and proven success as it relates to providing skilled and adaptive services in facilitation of communication and social opportunities, scheduling and management of appointments, medication management and administration, thorogh housekeeping and cooking tasks, recognition and prompt communication of concerning changes or declines in behavior, referral to indicated services, safe assistance with dressing and bathing, and other tasks or responsibilities a patient or family wishes to discuss.
