I been working on an elder care business more than 20 years. A lot of experience, Timing is very important to me, love organized and net work, my first priority is pay attention and listen to my residents ( patients) , understanding and trying to solve the problems of any issues . Also l enjoyed my job and happy working with an elderly ppl. Shower , light cook, light house clean, make bed , organize the room, light laundry and groceries with millage pay .drop to Dr appointment and beauty salon with millage pay . Full time and OT is fine too. HHC, CNA, CPR . Transfering from bed to chair or wheelchair make sure the break on , make sure the residents has properly dressed and non slippery shoes. Keep Floor is dry and clean always . Listen when they are calling or yelling they may have some issues so don’t ignore them.
