Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to the diet plan Launder soiled clothing and linens Organize patient’s room and make beds Provide companionship and personal care Shop for food and household supplies Report directly to the physician for a scheduled check-ups Record patients’ fluid intake and output Taking vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, respiratory and pulse rate and initiating first aid procedures as required.
