Elder Care in Olds, Alberta

I have been involved for caring for elders through yard work for my own mother and other Elders in the community I currently reside in. I am interested in providing Elder care since I make excellent company, am hard working, and caring. I feel very passionate about life at all stages and feel that we as a society in whole should be encouraging and supporting our elders to live their life to the fullest in supporting them to be at home or anywhere they would like to be that fulfills their life. My parents are both in their 80's and thriving! I am an excellent cook and house keeper. I feel my experience with sharing as an entertainer, presenter, and cultural and arts entrepreneur would be an asset when caring for elders. I am a designer; Sewing, creating with various crafting skills, playing guitar and singing is something that the elders in my circle have appreciated. These are traditional ways of most elders and sharing these skills while supporting them does lift their spirits. I am also an arborist, gardener, and do dangerous tree removals when needed. I can be very beneficial in the yard care and gardening area. I have purposely made a living from traditional ways to caring them on. Whether its planting and maintaining a garden, singing them an old country song with my guitar, cooking them fresh pies and nutrition filled meals, helping them make gifts for their family, assisting them with shopping or housework I feel my good natured, energy filled character would make an excellent elderly care provider.
