I have 30 years experience with Assisting individuals with personal hygiene, dressing, transferring location, eating as well as medications. Monitor and record vitals, weight,blood glucose levels while observing general well being and behavior through out the daily routine. Report/record and react accordingly to correct any concerns or issues that may occur. Acknowledge and encourage any/all(non hazardous)efforts of independence and self motivation. Provide/maintain a constant safe, clean and friendly environment with consistent positive reinforcement. Perform all necessary procedures regarding wound care, catheterization, administering via feeding tube, colostomy maintenance, medication assistance....etc in order to ensure the best possible and healthy well being. Secure safe, stable and sanitary surroundings with daily routine cleaning, eliminating obstacles/hazards, waste removal, disinfecting & deordorizing each bathroom & living area. Restock necessary commodities,clean linens and individual personal necessities as needed. Discuss/inform authorized family members or representatives of resident's current condition and answer inquiries.
