I\\\'m Renato Inoc, 46 yr old and a male healthcare worker. I am sincere, empathetic and flexible type of person. I can work effectively without direct supervision and even under pressure. As a caregiver, I help people to live active and fulfilling lives by providing support of their daily living activities while maintaining clients independence. Aside from my 8 year career in healthcare job in long term care facility in United Kingdom as well as a private carer in the philippines, I am a graduate and holds a certificate of National Vocational Qualification(NVQ) Level 3 in Health and Social Care from Golder\\\'s Green College in London, United Kingdom last November 2010. I have also finished my caregiver Training last May 2003 at Intercontinental Healthcare Consultant Inc with certificate. I work as Healthcare Assistant in Cedar House Care home in London, United Kingdom. My duties and responsibilities includes assisting residents their personal care that includes washing, bath, shave, dressed and to let them take an interest in their personal appearance. I also assist less mobile service users using an equipment available like hoist, wheelchair or walking frame in going out from their respective rooms going to the lounge, dining room, to the garden or any anywhere they like to go and assisted them as well during bed time. I also feed them during meal time throughout the day and assist incontinent residents in going to the toilet or changed their pad/diaper if needed. I accompanied residents as well, those who wants to go to shopping or wants to go to pub house or doing their hobbies. Their daily living activities should be provided accordingly while maintaining their independence by maximising their capabilities. I was also a private carer to an 80 yr old lady in Cebu, Philippines. My duties includes assisting her in going to and from the hospital for check up or as needed. I also feed her and administer drugs as prescribed by the physician. We also do some range of slow moving excercises and do some errand as well.
