When my father was sick he was sent home from the hospital on hospice. He had lung cancer c.o.p.d and pneumonia. I did everything from setting a alarm clock to get up every 20 minutes and rotate his body because he was unconscious and to prevent bed sores. I also had to bath him head to feet while he was unconscious in bed. I changed his cathader and emptied his urine from the cathader bag. I did all this by myself daily while still caring for my children ages 2 and 7 then. And kept the house clean. Im.a great listener and love talking with elder people they are usually so interesting to me.
