With years of experience in a senior activity setting, I find ways to keep your loved one mentally and physically active. With my degree, I am trained in exercise for these populations. What appeals to them and their interests (as well as the family's desires) are the guide and I adjust my energy level to meet them where they are at. I have special interest in seniors, stroke, dementia, and brain injury. While creative, I also am great at maintaining routines, cooking, and keeping tidy.
