I am Evelyn Tampan. I am a Certified Personal Support Worker and registered in PSW registry. I have a current First Aid and CPR Training for Health Care Provider, a certificate in Food Handling and Food Safety Training and current Police Clearance. I have knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS).I am honest, caring, trustworthy and have a positive attitude.I believe in the fact that quality of life should be maintained no matter what the age of an individual is .It would be my great pleasure to provide peace of mind to families as I care for their loved ones with compassion, dignity and respect. I took good care of an 86 yr old lady with dementia and she had an arthritis in both arms. I helped client on activities of daily living (i.e. bathing, dressing, grooming, toiletting, feeding), do light housekeeping and errands. I prepare clients meal and do grocery shopping. I report unexpected changes of client's physical, mental or emotional health to the family. I also encourage activities in line with the client's needs and capabilities.
