i am registered nurse in the philippines and i have clinical experienced for more than 3 years in the philippines and bahrain..i was assigned mostly in geriatric ward wherein im taking care of adult patients having medical and some psychological problem. im doing total nursing care which includes giving bath, feeding , giving medicines and as well as providing physical activities which can help them improve their physical and psychological well being
