Elder Care in Stoney Creek, Ontario

I am a certified Personal Support Worker with experience in long term care facilities and other. I have been in the position of needing care for a loved one and know it can be a scary process, therefore I take pride in knowing I am giving the best care to clients to put their minds, and the minds of their loved ones at ease. I will go above and beyond for any individual and am not scared of criticism if others believe I am not doing the best I can do. During school I completed over 150 hours in different settings taking care and assisting adults and seniors in different things such as: activities of daily living, transfers, feeds, laundry, companionship and other cleaning duties (making beds, sweep/mop floors ect.). In these setting I also got to work with adults aged 23-102, these clients have given me a wide range of disabilities (dementia, feeding tubes, physical disabilities and mental disabilities) .
