Hi, My name is Nancy, happily married and mother to one son. Am trained and has practiced as a nurse both in health institution and in homes and have given care to both well and sick people. I have worked as a practical nurse in a busy health facility and also as a charge nurse for five years. Have nursed adults with all medical and surgical cases, for example diabetics, hypertention, arthritis, memory loss, incontinence bedridden, alzheimeirs disease, asthma etc. My duties included total nursing care, bedmaking, turning, pressure area care, drug administration, health education, feeding, vital signs observations and refferal to other facilities if need be.
