I have worked in this line of work for 4 years now, and I have nothing bad to say about it, only great things I have experienced. This job isn't just about cleaning the residents and making sure they are 100% taken care of, this job, you personally have to have a warm heart, and understand that these residents we take care of arnt there because they want to be, they are there to enjoy retirement, and enjoy time just to be around other people. Talking to residents I feel is a big part of the job, make them feel comfortable, you are the one entering their home.
