My name is J. Lana. I have a degree in Nursing and also I am a Professional Caregiver along with my First Aid/CPR certification and presently I have almost 3 years of extensive experience as a Live in Caregiver here in Hong Kong to a 62 years old female who diagnosed with Multiple System Atrophy with signs of Parkinson's Disease. My professional experience with my employer has provided me with a strong expertise in: • Assistance in walking • Transferring patient to wheelchair • Personal assistance such as bathing, dressing and grooming • Meal preparation and assisting patient in eating • Companionship and discussion • Medication management • Light housekeeping • Running household tasks • Engaging clients in activities such as games, books reading, and light exercise I enjoy working with the people of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds and have a demonstrated ability to develop great relationship with Geriatric patient to help them improve overall health and well being and their families.
