Elder Care in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta

Hello! I am Evlan Los Banos. I am a landed immigrant here in Canada and presently residing in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. I am looking for a full-time or part time Caregiver job where I can utilize my care giving experience and compassionate nature. I worked as a Live-in Caregiver for almost three (3) years to a lady client with Dementia. My job duties were the following: Administer bedside and personal care such as bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing. Prepare and serve nutritious food to client. Administer with taking prescribed and blister packed medications. Assist client with regular exercise. Provide companionship at home. Set medical appointments for the client and accompany to and from the doctor. Communicates to family and/ or documents all appropriate relevant information of the client. Shop for food and household supplies. Perform routine housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, washing dishes, and making beds and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. My extensive first-hand knowledge and working experience will definitely be of great help in looking after an elderly in all ages. I am patient, reliable, hardworking and a flexible person.
