I am a 54 year only caregiver. I have over 12 years of experience working with many different clients, including Parkinson's stroke, multiple sclerosis, where feeding is very important, dementia, and hospice clients. I worked for a client and his wife in their private home for 2.5 years. His wife was a stage four cancer client, who passed away in 2019, and her husband a kidney transplant, a diabetic, and triple bypass, who I was hired as the caregiver for his kidney transplant. With his diabetic, and triple bypass, he did excellent until Jan 22, 2021, he passed away. My care for clients includes activities to support their quality of life as well. Record keeping daily for family members to be informed. A weekly graph that shows various progress/concerns of your loved one. I am covid19 certified and had my 2 shots of the vaccine and one booster shot. I have a negative tuberculosis test, a clean driving record, and a live scan and background check clearance. I have a certification in nutrition and I am very familiar with the different stages of dementia and how to care for individuals with dementia. I have worked with dementia clients in their private homes as well as with clients in a facility for specific dementia. My Service will provide you 1. Discreet personal care, assistance with bathing, oral hygiene, eating, dressing, and toileting 2. Physical assistance with transfers and ambulation, using a hoyer lift from bed to shower, to wheelchair and car using a stand assist in some cases 3. Help with household chores: cooking. light housekeeping, and laundry. 4. Transportation to doctor's appointments or other activities 5. Medication reminders, errands...and much more 6. hoyer transfers
