Being a nurse from the Philippines I had extensive experience in providing nursing care to adults/seniors with variety of cases.Some of my duties are:performing holistic nursing assessment,planning, intervention and evaluation, administering of medication,providing wound care, recording and reporting of patiet's health status. I became also a nurse in the psychiatric unit providing care to patients with mental disorders( almost 25% of them were adults/elderly) with the same job description of a general duty nurse but with additional job description such as performing play therapy, art therapy and remotivation technique and doing non vioelent crisis intervention. As a special home care nurse I performed wound care and wound dressing dressing of stump of amputateted leg of my diabetic client.I administered insulin injection, feeding, bathing and providing personal care.
