I am an organised, practical and hardworking individual with an ability to learn new tasks quickly. Having previously worked in a care home, working and caring for the elderly. Many of the residents had differing physical and mental needs which had to be considered when providing care. Several other jobs which I have undertaken in the past challenged me to work in a group environment, so I never shy away from working within a team. I am also able to take initiative and work solely, as my current position requires me to do so. I currently care for an elderly lady suffering with advanced dementia in her private residence; care is required around the clock, therefore I am accustomed to working day as well as night shifts
