Currently I am living and working in Italy as a helper, assistant , housekeeper and caregiver for one elderly couple. I have strong skills and several personal care experiences which I feel uniquely qualify me for this job opportunity. My three years past work experience and my present job has been providing me with exceptional knowledge and skills to perform all functions of this job efficiently. For instance, I had performed a variety of tasks for clients, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and ambulation, incontinence care, transferring, and feeding . I am also very expert in meal planning, preparation and serving, housekeeping, laundry and medication reminders. Besides, I can efficiently give companionship to keep the client engaged in routine life. I enjoy working in the personal care field and confident in developing great understanding with the people I help – a trustworthy and dependable individual who take great satisfaction in caring for people of all ethnicities. For three years of my experience I did cared for: --- A woman, 87 years old, had diabetes after heart surgery (cut out of the vessel) is very slow moving with cane or a special walker on wheels. My duties: dress, bathe, give medication (injection of insulin, measured pressure, tablets) cooked, supported during walking, laundry, ironed, cleaned, etc... --- Man, 65 years old with leg injury and stroke, moved with crutches, right arm paralyzed, diabetes. Duties: bathe, dress, prepare and serve nutritious meals , laundry, ironed, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, helped (filed, offered, attributed, etc.) Now I am taking care a man, 87 years old, blind, barely moving, in a wheelchair, diabetes, catheter. Duties: Bathe, dress and feed, walk, prepare and serve nutritious meals, give medication (injection «clexane») , laundry, shop for food and household supplies, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
