I can do their personal care, bedtime care, bowel care, cooking meals, driving to and from appointments, grocery shopping, taking them to movies and other things just to entertain them, making sure that they take their meds on timely schedule, yard works , maintaining their house clean and safe for them, and other duties that they specifically needs.
