Hello, I'm Veronica, an experienced elder care provider in Los Angeles, California. I am currently seeking a live-out part-time position as a companion and home care provider for a wonderful family in need of assistance. With a passion for providing compassionate care, I am skilled in administering medication, personal care, and am CPR certified. My hourly rate is $18.0, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those I care for. In my role as an elder care provider I bring a compassionate and patient approach to caregiving, which I believe is essential for providing high-quality care. Ive got into caregiving because I’d see the way my grandma would struggle with not being able to ask for help, and now currently assisting my mom as her health declines, I want to be that person that is able to be that person they feel comfortable asking for help with. I have experience assisting individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support. My previous caregiving experience includes working with both elderly clients and those with disabilities , where I developed strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to each person’s unique needs and preferences. In addition to my caregiving experience, I am trained in CPR and first aid. I understand the importance of not just meeting physical needs, but also providing emotional support and companionship to ensure clients feel respected, comfortable, and safe. I am reliable, detail-oriented, and maintain open communication with both clients and their families to ensure care plans are being followed and that everyone feels involved in the process. I’m also comfortable assisting with light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and ensuring the home environment remains safe and comfortable.
