Elder Care in Lynchburg, Virginia

I have had a mix of personal and professional experience caring for and working with seniors. I grew up around a lot of elderly people and enjoy listening to them share their life with me. I find that after a certain age, the elderly, in general are often neglected; but I believe that they need love and care like anyone else. I have volunteered in a hospital for a summer in the physical therapy unit as well as helping talk with and encourage some clients at the Runk & Pratt facility in Lynchburg. I also have had the pleasure of working with special needs seniors at camp- dressing, bathing and taking care of other personal needs. I genuinely love working with seniors!
