Elder Care in Oshtemo, Michigan

Greetings! I am seeking in home companion care employment in Kalamazoo/Oshtemo, MI. I am a low fat raw vegan ultrarunner who loves running hundred mile races in beautiful natural places. I am passionate about diet, exercise, and healthy living and would love to share this as much as desired. I have almost 4 years of experience. I cared for a post polio lady in a wheel chair, helping with meal prep, dressing, toiletimg, getting in and out of bed, etc and a lady in her 80's with mild dementia/Parkinson's/schizophrenia. I helped her with her folly catheter, showering, transportation, groceries, meal prep, appts, I got her off 4 medications with diet changes and exercise (walking, weight lifting/balance work). She also lost 25 unwanted pounds. I am a fast learner and have experience as a veterinary assistant and animal laboratory technician with sterile technique during surgeries as well as technical expertise in that area. I have had cpr and first aid certification and can renew if desired. I love helping people and animals love me as much as I love them as well. Will treat your loved ones as family.
