Elder Care in London, Ontario

Hello, I'm Hannah, an experienced Caregiver based in London, Ontario. I am currently seeking a full-time or part-time position as a Caregiver for a family in need of support for their loved one. Recently I have worked as a PSW for Paramed, and a DSW for PHSS. These experiences have provided me with tools and skills to support families in a kind and professional manner. These agencies provided me experience with caring for elderly and adults with disabilities and complex medical needs. I worked with a variety of needs inclduing: dementia care, ostomy care, bathing, administering medication, and respite. I worked closely with families and learned how to provide tailored care to each family. Previously to PSW and DSW work I worked for 15 years as a Childcare provider. This care experience provides me with the skills needed to be compassionate and professional. I have a valid CPR and First Aid, as well as current Crisis Prevention Training. I have been trained in several medical devices such as: Suctioning, Cough Assist, Oxygen, and more.
